Ronald Seward has 38 years of management experience in technical and business development positions in the Federal information technology market.

While with AT&T, he was responsible for the implementation and operation of the world’s first digital transmission system. In 1975, he began a series of progressively responsible sales management positions in the Federal Systems organization, leading to the position of National Federal Sales Manager.

Since AT&T, Mr. Seward has held a variety of positions in the Federal IT market. During his career, he has closed major fiber optic contracts with Treasury, the White House Communications Agency, and the National Science Foundation. He successfully led the marketing and capture for the Navy EMPRS program, FCC Programming Support, Justice ITSS, U.S. Courts IT Support, and The Air Force Standard Procurement System.

Mr. Seward has also played a key role winning GSA Seat Management, DISN Network Management Support Services-Global), DISA Information Assurance, DISN Satellite Transmission Services-Global, COMMITS, Executive, US Customs I/A Support. He has also conducted significant competitive analyses on IT procurements for EPA, HUD, NASA, US MINT, INS, and the FBI.

Mr. Seward received the IAC Chairman’s award in 2003, and is Vice President for Fund Raising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He received a B.A. in Communications with minors in Psychology and Special Education from Michigan State University and his Masters certificate in Telecommunications Management from George Washington University.
