We are particularly proud of the work we do with Small Veteran Owned Businesses (SVOBs). In this scenario, our client was bidding on work with an agency for the first time.

The company came to us as we had the experience in the agency. Topside consultants provided a key-personnel call plan and set up meeting with key leadership. We also provided consultants as key subject matter experts to improve the company’s credibility.

Topside augmented the baseline assessment and company positioning with Color team reviews and proposal editing and review. Our client won the bid, and in the post-award period, Topside provided help with transition into the program.
